Quinsato is made from cocoa with almonds subjected to different crop, harvest and post-harvest management processes, efficient fermentation, drying and separation of contaminating materials for its process.

In plant they are severely analyzed and separated by different sizes, color and other characteristics to proceed to be processed.

We have different varieties of cocoa to make our paste, such as fine national aroma cocoa, CCN 51, among others. Properly marked by batches which guarantees its organoleptic qualities that are maintained throughout the process.
